Launch Complex 3, vertical-integration area and southern ocean range.
49°31′S · 121°48′WCape Halcyon is ANSA's principal orbital launch and ocean-recovery center. It supports heavy-lift vertical integration, crew processing, range safety and launch operations from polar and eastward corridors.
The center operates Launch Complex 3 for Asteria-H and Launch Complex 2 for medium-class missions. Its recovery control room coordinates aircraft, ships and medical teams for crew and sample-return missions.
