Submit a request
Describe the records, date range and responsible office as precisely as possible. No reason for the request is required.
Acknowledgement within 5 days
Fees and time limits
Search and duplication charges may apply; public-interest and personal requests may qualify for waiver.
Decision target: 20 days
Review and appeal
Request administrative review of a withholding, fee or delay, followed by independent commissioner appeal.
